Founder
Kyeson Blake Utley
Founder of SpookyGood, LLC (2020–2024). Now founder of GhostKey Development.
At SpookyGood
Kyeson Blake Utley founded SpookyGood in 2020 and ran it as a hands-on practitioner: scoping and running penetration tests, building tools, and tracing cryptocurrency for clients who had been defrauded. He led the company’s shift from pure testing into investigations and forensics in 2022, and its registration as a federal contractor that August.
After SpookyGood
When SpookyGood merged with Justice Solutions Group in April 2024, he became JSG’s chief technology officer and led the build of OnTrial, an AI-assisted investigations platform for attorneys. He co-founded TRFFC, a non-profit Solana project funding investigators who work against human trafficking, the same year.
In 2026 he founded GhostKey Development, a Texas security engineering firm that helps companies migrate to post-quantum cryptography, build and audit cryptocurrency systems, and run full-scope penetration tests performed entirely in-house.
